Welcome to Luxurious Pampering. I'm Amy Jo Wheeler. I'm an energy healer, specializing in BioTurn Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Visualization, Meditation, Aromatherapy and other healing therapies. I help people relieve stress, reduce pain and relax.
I became interested in alternative healing when a friend took her health into her own hands. She switched to a full organic diet, and incorporated other alternative therapies into her life. I witnessed first hand her personal success in changing her life.
I attended a reflexology workshop in the mid 1990s which had a momentous impact on me. In my work life, I was a contractor in the Department of Energy for 16 years. The workplace was full of stressed people, resulting in challenges in the other areas of their lives. I maintained in my heart that I would one day pursue my own business in the healing arts. After experiencing a series of personal, life-changing events, the time had come. I moved back to Roanoke, Virginia in 2009 and opened my own business with Luxurious Pampering.
